Shipping & Delivery Information

We ask that you be reasonable in your expectations of delivery. We build and ship all our products from in the quickest times possible. Please understand that custom covers are just that and made to order. We have over 50,000 vehicle patterns and numerous fabric choices. It is impossible to keep all of these in stock. A shipping confirmation will be sent to the email provided at time of order.

Shipping Costs

Car Cover World ships FREE to the 48 contiguous US States for all orders over $75.

We also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the USVI. Shipments to these destinations accrue additional shipping costs of approximately $12-35.00, depending on product ordered and shipping method requested. This charge will show separately on your credit card statement. By purchasing online and shipping to these locations, you agree to the additional charges. If this is not satisfactory, call our office to make other arrangements.


Shipping Times

Custom-fit Covers that are in stock ship within 1-2 business days. Form-Fit Covers take 2-3 weeks to build prior to shipping. Custom-fit Covers that are not in stock may require up to 7-10 business days in production before shipping from the Covercraft facility (Oklahoma or Texas). Same day shipping is available for in-stock products by UPS Next Day/2nd Day Air and FedEx Priority/Standard Overnight. Expedited shipping must be ordered by phone and the order must be placed before 1 pm ET. In-stock products shipping by UPS Ground ship the next business day.

Ready-fit Covers and Front End Masks that are in stock normally ship in 1-2 business days, if they are not in stock they can require 4-6 weeks before shipping.

UV Heat Shields require 5-7 business days in production before shipping. Please call our office if you have any questions before ordering.

Covercraft Seat Covers that are not in stock may require 4-6 weeks production time before shipping. Normal UPS Ground delivery times apply after that. Upgraded shipping options are available for in-stock products.

Coverking Car Covers and Seat Covers are custom made to order and require 2–3 weeks production time before shipping. Normal Fed-Ex Ground delivery times apply after that. Upgraded shipping options are not available for these products.

Dee Zee Products are usually shipped within 2 days, however many items are custom manufactured for your order. Dee Zee products are not available for all vehicle trim packages. Please check with our office as to product availability for your specific vehicle model/trim options and estimated shipping schedules.

Special order designs requiring dimension design sheets require approximately 3-4 weeks for design, build, and shipping from our factory. No special design covers outside the US and Canada.


APO / FPO

We're proud to offer free APO/FPO shipping on car and truck covers to our US military personnel and their families stationed overseas.

**Please Note: APO/FPO addresses have size restrictions for inbound packages. Please be sure to check with the appropriate APO/FPO personnel for restrictions before ordering large items. Keep in mind that some of our oversized items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses because of these restrictions. Car and truck covers are not oversized packages and will ship normally to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail.


International Orders

Car Cover World sells and ships product to the US (including Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, USVI) and to more than 40 countries worldwide. Click her for a list of countries. Shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, and the USVI are via USPS Priority Mail. VAT, Duty, Custom fees, and other taxes levied by your government on imported goods are your responsibility and not that of Car Cover World. Car Cover World does not charge and/or collect taxes on your behalf. Please check with your local authorities to calculate any additional costs (if any) before ordering.

Special Requests

Special Delivery Instructions

At this time, we are unable to issue special shipping instructions to delivery drivers (i.e. leave package with neighbor, leave package on porch, etc.). You may leave a note on for the driver on your door with special instructions; however, the delivery of the package is still at the discretion of the driver.

Once your item has shipped and you have received a tracking number, you can attempt to give special delivery instructions to the shipping company handling your package(s).

Gift Orders

For your convenience, all items are shipped without pricing printed on the invoice. Currently, we do not offer a gift wrapping service or gift cards/messages with orders.
