We will refund your purchase (subject to our return policy) or exchange your cover or accessory product with another product of equal or higher value if not satisfied within 30 days of your original delivery date by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. All sales are final after 30 days of the original delivery date.
Returns Procedure
You must complete our Return Authorization Form in order for us to properly process your request.
- Product must be in like new, restockable condition with no wear, marks, dirt, or tire grease.
- Dirty covers will be returned to the customer.
- All returns are inspected before a refund is issued.
- Please allow 10-12 business days to process your refund.
- Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
IMPORTANT: All returning items must have a Return Authorization Number. If you do not receive your RA Number within 48 hours after completing the form please call our office for an RA Number before shipping any item. Returns are not accepted without an RA Number and will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.
All sales are final 30 days after the UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS delivery date.
Restocking Fees
For returns of any product for a refund within 30 days of delivery (not applicable to those no return items listed below), a 20% re-stocking fee applies. Customers who refuse a product delivery will incur a 20% restocking fee and any associated shipping costs due on the returning product.
Changing / Canceling An Order
Orders for custom fit products cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order (and not shipped yet) are subject to a $20 cancellation fee. Order cancellations after 24 hours of placing the order are subject to a 20% restock fee as the product has already gone to production and/or shipped. Orders that have shipped are subject to the return policy.
Non-Returnable Items
- Special design projects requiring dimension sheets/photos are not returnable except for Warranty issues. Example: Covers made specifically to accommodate aftermarket exterior add on equipment (i.e.; truck grill guards, push bars, roll bars, truck shells, exterior visors, non-factory aftermarket spoilers, and ground effects packages, etc.). We build our special design covers with the dimensions that you provide on our Dimension Sheets. If there is a fit problem, we will work with you to obtain the fit you require. Accuracy of your measurements are important for the desired result. Trucks with shells (cab high or higher) may or may not require a dimension sheet completed. These covers are also considered a special design. Check with our office.
- Embroidered and/or Silk Screened Logo items are not returnable.
- Custom-fit covers for vehicles manufactured before 1980 are not returnable except for Warranty issues.
- Due to the high cost of the Form-Fit, Sunbrella, and Satin Stretch, Weathershield fabrics, covers made of these fabrics are not returnable except for warranty service. Call us about these fabrics if you have any questions before you order.
- All Coverking items are custom made to order and are not returnable except for warranty service. Call us about these fabrics if you have any questions before you order.
- UVS100 Heat Shields and UR Roll-Type Sunscreens. Warranty service only.
- No returns on products shipped outside the US and Canada.
- DIRTY COVERS: All returning items are inspected by Covercraft Industries and must be without tire marks, grease, dirt, or other damage that would prevent that item from being returned to stock for resale. Inspection is by Covercraft and Covercraft is the final authority as to a returning item's condition. Items not returnable to stock will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.
- Covers delivered to a customer more than 30 days before requesting a return.

Warranty Information
Warranty is for defects in materials, workmanship, and against the fabric becoming unserviceable within the published warranty time during normal use. After factory inspection, Covercraft will repair or replace the cover or specific panels judged to be unusable. Warranty does not cover fading, which occurs naturally on all products used outdoors, or weather resistance of fabric.
CAR COVER FABRICS ARE NOT 100% WATERPROOF. They are breathable to allow moisture, condensation, and heat to escape from under the fabric. For warranty issues, contact Covercraft Industries directly at: 800-4COVERS. Covers picked up via UPS or FEDEX Call Tag within 30 days of the original delivery date (at Covercraft's expense) for warranty issues and/or defects, will be repaired or replaced at Covercraft's discretion. No refunds are available under these circumstances.
