Order Tracking Numbers
We usually receive a tracking number from our manufacturers after your order ships. We then email this tracking number to you within 24 hours of your order shipping out, so you can easily track your package(s) from the factory to your door.
You can also retrieve a tracking number when you check your Order Status. If a tracking number is available, it will show in the "Tracking Number " column. Each tracking number is linked to the shipper's website for updated package status and estimated delivery date.
A tracking number may not be available for your order if the item has not shipped yet, is still being custom-made for your vehicle, or if the direct-ship manufacturer for your item does not provide tracking numbers.
Changing / Canceling an Order
Before your order has been placed
If you have not yet hit the "Complete Order" button during checkout, you can easily make changes in the shopping cart. You can add items, remove items, and change the quantities of the products instantly - all before entering your purchasing information.
After your order has been placed
If your order has not been placed with the manufacturer, you may be able to change your order after you have hit the "Complete Order" button. To do so please call our office as soon as possible.
Canceling a processed order
If your order has already been processed and submitted to our manufacturer/fulfillment center we will attempt to cancel your order by contacting the fulfillment center/manufacturer directly. You will receive a $20 cancellation charge if we can successfully cancel the order. Otherwise, the item will be shipped to you and you will have to complete the Return Authorization Form after you receive the item(s). Our 20% restock fee will apply in these cases.
Order Delivery Time
Custom-fit Covers in stock ship within 1-2 business days. Covers that are not in stock may require up to 7-10 business days in production before shipping from the Covercraft facility (Oklahoma or Texas). Same day shipping is available for in-stock products by UPS Next Day/2nd Day Air and FedEx Priority/Standard Overnight. Expedited shipping must be ordered by phone and the order must be placed before 1 pm ET. In-stock products shipping by UPS Ground ship the next business day.
Ready-fit Covers, UV Heat Shields, and Front End Masks normally ship in 1-2 business days (depending on stock quantities). If these products are not in stock, ship times can be as long as 3-4 weeks. Call our office if you have any questions before ordering.
Covercraft Seat Gloves and Seat Savers are made to order and require 4-6 weeks production time before shipping. Normal UPS Ground delivery times apply after that. Upgraded shipping options are available for in-stock products.
DEE ZEE Products are usually shipped within 2 days, however many items are custom manufactured for your order. Dee Zee products are not available for all vehicle trim packages. Please check with our office as to product availability for your specific vehicle model/trim options and estimated shipping schedules.
Special order designs requiring dimension design sheets require approximately 3-4 weeks for design, build, and shipping from our factory. No special design covers outside the US and Canada.
