You can shop at Car Cover World online with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers.

The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks (see an online payments diagram). The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

• 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.
• Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.
• Compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.

Online Payments - We accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard Credit Cards. Debit Cards are also accepted. Credit cards are charged for the order amount at time of order.

We also accept payments via Paypal. Paypal accepts V/MC/AMEX/DIS at our shopping cart check-out or direct Paypal payments can be made to sales@carcoverworld.com.

Telephone Orders - We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express orders by phone.

International Customers - Car Cover World sells and ships product to the US (including Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, USVI) and to more than 40 countries worldwide. Shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, and the USVI are via USPS Priority Mail. For a list of countries, Click here. VAT, Duty, Custom fees, and other taxes levied by your government on imported goods are your responsibility and not that of Car Cover World. Car Cover World does not charge and collect taxes on your behalf. Please check with your local authorities to calculate any additional costs (if any) before ordering.

Shipping Charges - Car Cover World ships FREE to the 48 contiguous US States for all orders over $75. Car Cover World also ships to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the USVI. Shipments to these destinations accrue additional shipping costs of approximately $12-25.00, depending on product ordered and shipping method requested. This charge will show separately on your credit card statement. By purchasing online and shipping to these locations, you agree to the additional charges. If this is not satisfactory, call our office to make other arrangements.

Shipping Times - Custom-fit Covers in stock ship within 1-2 business days. Covers that are not in stock may require up to 7-10 business days in production before shipping from the Covercraft facility (Oklahoma or Texas). Same day shipping is available for in-stock products by UPS Next Day/2nd Day Air and FedEx Priority/Standard Overnight. Expedited shipping must be ordered by phone and the order must be placed before 1 pm ET. In-stock products shipping by UPS Ground ship the next business day.

Ready-fit Covers, UV Heat Shields, and Front End Masks normally ship in 1-2 business days (depending on stock quantities). If these products are not in stock, ship times can be as long as 3-4 weeks. Call our office if you have any questions before ordering.

Tonneau Covers, Seat Gloves and Seat Savers are made to order and require 4-6 weeks production time before shipping. Normal UPS Ground delivery times apply after that. Upgraded shipping options are available for in-stock products.

DEE ZEE Products are usually shipped within 2 days, however many items are custom manufactured for your order. Dee Zee products are not available for all vehicle trim packages. Please check with our office as to product availability for your specific vehicle model/trim options and estimated shipping schedules.

Coverking Seat Covers are custom built to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production before shipping.

Special order designs requiring dimension design sheets require approximately 3-4 weeks for design, build, and shipping from our factory. No special design covers outside the US and Canada.

Delivery/Tracking Information: We ask that you be reasonable in your expectations of delivery. We build and ship all our products from Covercraft Industries (Oklahoma and Texas) in the quickest times possible. Please understand that custom covers are just that and made to order. We have over 50,000 vehicle patterns and numerous fabric choices. It is impossible to keep all of these in stock. A shipping confirmation will be sent to the email provided at time of order. UPS and FedEx Tracking is also available online at https://www.carcoverworld.com/tracking.

Order cancellations: Orders for custom fit products cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order (and not shipped yet) are subject to a $20 cancellation fee. Order cancellations after 24 hours of placing the order are subject to a 20% restock fee as the product has already gone to production and/or shipped. Orders that have shipped are subject to the return policy.

Return/Exchange Policy - We will refund your purchase (subject to our return policy) or exchange your cover or accessory product with another product of equal or higher value if not satisfied within 30 days of your original delivery date by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. All sales are final after 30 days of the original delivery date.

For returns of any product for a refund within 30 days of delivery (not applicable to those no return items listed below), a 20% re-stocking fee applies. Customers who refuse a product delivery will incur a 20% restocking fee and any associated shipping costs due on the returning product.

• Product must be in like new, restockable condition with no wear, marks, dirt, or tire grease.
• Dirty covers will be returned to the customer.
• All returns are inspected before a refund is issued.
• Please allow 10-12 business days to process your refund.
• Refunds will be made by the original payment method.

IMPORTANT: All returning items must have a Return Authorization Number. Please call our office for an RA Number before shipping any item. Returns are not accepted without an RA Number and will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.

All sales are final 30 days after the UPS, FedEx, or USPS delivery date.

No Return Items:

1. Special design projects requiring dimension sheets/photos are not returnable except for Warranty issues. Example: Covers made specifically to accommodate aftermarket exterior add on equipment (i.e.; truck grill guards, push bars, roll bars, truck shells, exterior visors, non-factory aftermarket spoilers, and ground effects packages, etc.). We build our special design covers with the dimensions that you provide on our Dimension Sheets. If there is a fit problem, we will work with you to obtain the fit you require. Accuracy of your measurements are important for the desired result. Trucks with shells (cab high or higher) may or may not require a dimension sheet completed. These covers are also considered a special design. Check with our office.
2. Embroidered and/or Silk Screened Logo items are not returnable.
3. Custom-fit covers for vehicles manufactured before 1980 are not returnable except for Warranty issues.
4. Due to the high cost of the Form-Fit, Sunbrella, and Satin Stretch, Weathershield fabrics, covers made of these fabrics are not returnable except for warranty service. Call us about these fabrics if you have any questions before you order.
5. All Coverking items are custom made to order and are not returnable except for warranty service. Call us about these fabrics if you have any questions before you order.
6. UVS100 Heat Shields and UR Roll-Type Sunscreens. Warranty service only.
7. No returns on products shipped outside the US and Canada.
8. DIRTY COVERS: All returning items are inspected by Covercraft Industries and must be without tire marks, grease, dirt, or other damage that would prevent that item from being returned to stock for resale. Inspection is by Covercraft and Covercraft is the final authority as to a returning item's condition. Items not returnable to stock will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.
9. Covers delivered to a customer more than 30 days before requesting a return.

WARRANTY - Warranty is for defects in materials, workmanship, and against the fabric becoming unserviceable within the published warranty time during normal use. After factory inspection, Covercraft will repair or replace the cover or specific panels judged to be unusable. Warranty does not cover fading, which occurs naturally on all products used outdoors, or weather resistance of fabric.

CAR COVER FABRICS ARE NOT 100% WATERPROOF. They are breathable to allow moisture, condensation, and heat to escape from under the fabric. For warranty issues, contact Covercraft Industries directly at: 800-4COVERS. Covers picked up via UPS or FEDEX Call Tag within 30 days of the original delivery date (at Covercraft's expense) for warranty issues and/or defects, will be repaired or replaced at Covercraft's discretion. No refunds are available under these circumstances.
