Payment Options
Online Payments - We accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard Credit Cards. (This includes Debit Cards)
We also accept payments via Paypal. Paypal accepts V/MC/AMEX/DIS at our shopping cart check-out or direct PayPal payments can be made to sales@carcoverworld.com.
CarCoverWorld uses the secure Authorize.Net Payment Processing Gateway for your protection. All transactions are encrypted with the latest 128 bit SSL security technology. Your online order is secure. Credit cards are charged for the order amount at time of order.
Telephone Orders - We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express orders by phone.
Fax Orders - Complete our PRINTABLE ORDER FORM. Fax order to: 1-866-801-3100 (24 hours) with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express details.
Mail Payments - We accept Money Orders from US customers only. Sorry, no personal checks accepted for payment.

Changing / Canceling An Order
Before your order has been placed
If you have not yet hit the "Complete Order" button during checkout, you can easily make changes in the shopping cart. You can add items, remove items, and change the quantities of the products instantly - all before entering your purchasing information.
After your order has been placed
If your order has not gone to production and/or shipping, you may be able to change your order after you have hit the "Complete Order" button. To do so please call our office as soon as possible.
Canceling a processed order
If your order has already been processed and submitted to production and/or shipping, we will attempt to cancel your order. You will incur a $20 cancellation charge if we can successfully cancel the order. Otherwise, the item will be shipped to you and you will have to complete the Return Authorization Form after you receive the item(s). Our 20% restock fee will apply in these cases. Note: Orders for special design projects requiring measurements in any fabric and custom covers made of the fabrics - Weathershield, Sunbrella, Form-Fit, and Satin Stretch are non-cancellable/non-returnable (except for warranty service) and will complete production and ship to you.
International Orders
Car Cover World sells and ships product to the US (including Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, USVI) and to more than 40 countries worldwide. Shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, and the USVI are via USPS Priority Mail. Click her for a list of countries. VAT, Duty, Custom fees, and other taxes levied by your government on imported goods are your responsibility and not that of Car Cover World. Car Cover World does not charge and collect taxes on your behalf. Please check with your local authorities to calculate any additional costs (if any) before ordering.

Special Requests
Special Delivery Instructions
At this time, we are unable to issue special shipping instructions to delivery drivers (i.e. leave package with neighbor, leave package on porch, etc.). You may leave a note on for the driver on your door with special instructions; however, the delivery of the package is still at the discretion of the driver.
Once your item has shipped and you have received a tracking number, you can attempt to give special delivery instructions to the shipping company handling your package(s).
Gift Orders
For your convenience, all items are shipped without pricing printed on the invoice. Currently, we do not offer a gift wrapping service or gift cards/messages with orders.
