UNIVERSAL CAR COVERS
Universal Car Covers are tyically in stock, and ship out within 1-2 business days. Shipping is free by UPS to the US 48 States. Upgraded shipping is available at checkout. NOTE: Defender Covers are not shipped to destinations outside of the US and Canada.
Production: Custom-fit car covers are handcrafted by Covercraft and Coverking. These covers are premium quality and are not off-the-shelf products. Once your order is placed for a custom-fit cover, it will go into production prior to shipping (Covercraft is running 2-3 weeks and Coverking is running about 2-3 weeks). [For Covercraft car covers, we offer a 3-4-Day Rush Production service for $35. Please call our office to add Rush Production to your order. Please note: This service is not available from November 1 - February 1]. All other orders will remain on the normal production system. There is no rush service for Coverking orders.
Shipping: Free Shipping is applied to all purchases over $75. Covercraft orders normally ship by UPS Ground and Coverking orders ship by FedEx Ground. Occasionally, custom-fit covers will be in stock. In this case, same day shipping is available through FedEx 2nd Day or Fed Ex Standard Overnight. Expedited shipping must be ordered by phone by 1 pm EST.
Covercraft: Covercraft seat covers are made to order products and require 4-5 weeks production time before shipping. This includes both SeatSavers and Carthartt seat covers. Seatgloves 2-3 weeks. Free UPS Ground Shipping is applied to all purchases over $75. Occasionally, custom-fit seat covers will be in stock. In this case, same day shipping is available through FedEx 2nd Day or Fed Ex Standard Overnight. Expedited shipping must be ordered by phone by 1 pm EST.
Coverking: Coverking seat covers are made to order products and require 2-3 weeks in production prior to shipping. Free FedEx Ground Shipping is applied to all purchases over $75.
FRONT END MASKS & UV HEAT SHIELDS
Front-End Masks are made to order products are require 2-3 weeks in production prior to shipping. Occasionally, Front End Masks will be in stock. In this case, same day shipping is available through FedEx 2nd Day or Fed Ex Standard Overnight. Expedited shipping must be ordered by phone by 1 pm EST.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS, METHODS & COSTS
Car Cover World ships FREE to the 48 continental US States for all orders over $75 through UPS Ground. All other domestic shipments incur a charge of $10.50, and are also shipped via UPS Ground. For expedited shipping, we offer FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Standard Overnight. These shipping options are available at checkout. Products ship from our manufacturing partners in California and Oklahoma. Please note that most of our products are custom-made-to-order and require production time before shipping. Read about production times and call our office before placing your order if you have any questions.
Car Cover World sells and ships products to more than 45 countries worldwide. Shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, and the USVI are via USPS Priority Mail. VAT, Duty, Custom fees, and other taxes levied by your government on imported goods are your responsibility and not that of Car Cover World. Car Cover World does not charge and collect taxes on behalf of your government. Please check with your local authorities to calculate any additional costs before ordering. Canada customers may incur UPS brokerage fees in additional to GST if UPS Standard (Ground) shipping is selected.Canada customers should select USPS Priority Mail to avoid brokerage fees.
We're proud to offer free APO/FPO shipping to our US military personnel and their families stationed overseas. *Please Note: APO/FPO addresses have size restrictions for inbound packages. Please be sure to check with the appropriate APO/FPO personnel for restrictions before ordering large items. Keep in mind that some of our oversized items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses because of these restrictions. Most car covers and seat covers are not oversized packages and will ship normally to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. Please call our office if you have any questions prior to placing your order.
SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
At this time, we are unable to issue special shipping instructions to delivery drivers (i.e. leave package with neighbor, leave package on porch, etc.). You may leave a note for the driver on your door with special instructions; however, the delivery of the package is still at the discretion of the driver. Once your item has shipped and you have received a tracking number, you can attempt to give special delivery instructions to the shipping company handling your package(s).

To view your order history, simply login to your account. There you will find your account details, order history, and more. At the time your order was placed, an order confirmation email was sent to you, as well as a tracking report when you order shipped.

If you have not yet selected the "Complete Order" button during checkout, you can easily make changes in the shopping cart. You can add items, remove items, and change the quantities of the products before entering your purchasing information. If you have questions prior to ordering, just give us a call. We can help.

If your order has been placed, but hasn't been sent to production, you can make changes or cancel your order at no charge. If you need to change or cancel your order, please call our office as soon as possible after ordering at 888-270-0411 or 302-744-9070 ET.
Order placed, and processed...
If your order has processed and sent to production, we will attempt to cancel your order by contacting the manufacturer directly. If successful, a $25 cancellation charge will apply. If the item has already gone into production or has shipped, you will have to complete the Return Authorization Form after you receive the item(s). A 20% restock fee will apply.
