Four layers of extra-thick protection
 Coverbond-4 is an advanced 4 layer material which is breathable yet weather resistant. The thickness from the 4 layers does a great job of protecting from minor nicks, dings, and light hail damage. Added UV inhibitors help to prevent UV damage.
Similar to the Triguard the Coverbond-4 has an extra middle meltblown layer. This gives the Coverbond-4 added strength and bulk. The added layer improves water resistance while keeping breathability quite high. However, because of the added bulk, Coverbond-4 is suggested for people who are comfortable with handling a heavier cover. The added thickness does provide some benefits - it protects from minor door dings, small hail, and some damage from pets or children. Coverbond-4 is a great choice for vehicles exposed to these and other such hazards. It is not intended for prolonged extreme sun conditions or heavy snow.
